Joe’s 4-Day EMOJI 4-Cast features: 🌂
Spotty showers and areas of drizzle on/off today, making for a dreary Monday. After a string of 3 consecutive days of record heat into the weekend, now it’s a taste of reality, unfortunately. If enough moisture is around the western facing slopes could receive a coating of SN❄️W overnight into early Tuesday morning.
Hello #DogwoodWinter Gradual clearing skies and once the clouds lift you may see a white top Roan and Unaka Mountain. Cold with highs struggling to get out of the 40s. A hard freeze is expected Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. We’ll see lots of sun ahead of the next cold front Wednesday afternoon, helping to bounce highs closer to average.
Keep in mind for those wintry wondering minds, the week before last was Redbud winter into early last week when highs fell below average for a few days and lows tumbled into the 30s. Showers return Thursday into Friday, followed by a nice and dry weekend ahead. 🌞
